A facilitated workshop session - guiding your team through a process of “reintroducing” your core values/culture card. Creating context by linking these collective expectations to your strategic objectives and role-specific daily actions. We investigate how your values are currently being communicated and what actions/interactions are helping (or hindering) wide scale uptake. Finishing with the co-creation of an action plan, to improve recall/uptake throughout your organisation.
